I just had Randy and his crew to power wash my driveway and am very satisfied. In fact? So satisfied, that I asked them to do my rear patio and walkways just yesterday. I am very pleased again, and yes, of course after 30 years; there are some stains that just won't budge from concrete but? TO BE EXPECTED. I suppose I understand this from a lifetime in both architecture and construction myself. Owners need to understand this better I think. At any rate? The guys were great and moved all the heavy stuff nicely and relocated it back to its initial position. Kind, courteous & most reasonable pricing...Of COURSE I will hire them again in spring!

I called Patriot Power Washing to get a quote for a 2 car garage and driveway cleaning and Andy was quick to ask some quick questions as to whether I had any oil stains or not. I didn't, just some really dark patches of dirt and water marks all along the tire path. We set up an appointment for the following week. Andy called around the time of our appointment to let me know that they were on the way but will be delayed about 20 minutes due to traffic. I appreciate him calling to let me know ahead of time that he was going to be arriving a little late. Right when he got here he greeted me with a warm smile and introduction, let me know what they were going to do, and if I had any questions. It seemed very clear and sounded good. I went inside while they did their thing then I got a knock on the door. I was greeted once again and wow the floors looked good! Their two-man crew showed up right on time and knocked it out fast. They cleaned the entire driveway and walkway, and now the pavers look brand new—like they were just installed. What I really appreciated was how fair the pricing was—no hard upsells or surprise charges. The invoicing was quick and handled entirely by email, super convenient. We even grabbed a stack of their cards to give to our neighbors, who are also dealing with the HOA’s stain patrol. Once Patriot hits their driveways too, the HOA won’t have anything left to nitpick! This is my 2nd time choosing and reviewing Patriot Power Washing, because they are just that good. I had great success with using them in the past to remove oil stains from a driveway, so when I needed my artificial turf to be cleaned & deodorized (dog urine, yuck!) I turned to them again. I called Patriot Power Washing to get a quote for a 2 car garage and driveway cleaning and Andy was quick to ask some quick questions as to whether I had any oil stains or not. I didn't, just some really dark patches of dirt and water marks all along the tire path. We set up an appointment for the following week. Andy called around the time of our appointment to let me know that they were on the way but will be delayed about 20 minutes due to traffic. I appreciate him calling to let me know ahead of time that he was going to be arriving a little late. Right when he got here he greeted me with a warm smile and introduction, let me know what they were going to do, and if I had any questions. It seemed very clear and sounded good. I went inside while they did their thing then I got a knock on the door. I was greeted once again and wow the floors looked good! The owner of Patriot Power Washing is the most responsive business owner I've spoken to. He gave the most reasonable price right off the bat with no negotiating. The guys who came by the house were extremely professional, super pleasant to talk to, quick yet thorough. They took before and after pictures which was the only way to see the true difference. They have a nice Patriot Power Wash branded tuck with a generator and don't need to use our electricity. All they needed was a water hook up. They took care of my garage and bbq grill. They have a monthly service as well which would be great for people with pool decks. I recommend them to anyone looking for a good deal and great service.

I'm out of town and the HOA sent letter saying my driveway has some big stain..... I start searching on Yelp. This company has such good score and I saw owner would answer every question nicely. So I tried to contact the owner Andy. He picked up right away and go through picture with me. He told me not too worry and he knows I'm anxious. So he put me on schedule on Friday. I believed I called him on Wednesday. So on Friday he finished all the work for my driveway and sent me some pictures right in front of my house. Told me what caused the stain. What he would do with the sprinklers for future m and he showed me the big difference of my driveway. He is very patient and friendly. I felt very lucky to find this company. The price is not high at all. It is reasonable and affordable. Thank you for the good work. I would highly recommend this company.

I called Patriot Power Washing to see if they could assist me with cleaning a portion of my block wall. Andy (owner), promptly returned my call and I explained the issue to him. After patiently listening, he informed me that pressure washing isn't the solution to my problem and in fact it could exacerbate the problem. However, he didn't just hang up, instead he spent a significant amount of time explaining, exactly what I needed to do, where I could get the materials, and how to go about addressing the issue. Key take aways from my interaction with Andy: 1. The dude is extremely honest and he's a straight shooter. If he can't help you he won't blow smoke up your ass or try to unnecessarily charge you for something you don't need. 2. Based on my interaction with him, Andy seems like the type of dude who will go out of his way to help you even if there's nothing in it for him. 3. He's extremely knowledgeable and knows his business. There are a lot of dudes that purchase a pressure washer and go around town professing to be pros, they're not. Believe me I know, I've spoken with several of them since I started having an issue with my wall. If you're looking for power washing services give him a call. I seriously don't think you'll be disappointed.

I contacted Andy at Patriot for help removing oil stains from my driveway. At the same time I was interested in cleaning and sealing all the pavers to help protect them going forward. He was very responsive and helpful. He came out almost immediately and measured to give me a quote. He was awesome in staying in communication via email, text and in several calls. He and his team came out and got to work immediately deep cleaning the pavers. He got the oil stains off and applied several coats of sealer. I'm THRILLED with the results.
