We got scammed by A1 pressure washing and Patriot Pressure washing saved our bacon. I was referred to Patriot Power Washing by NextDoor. Andy responded instantaneously to my online message, and we made an appointment for a few days later. When I mentioned that our son was an Army officer during Enduring Freedom, Andy gave us a “military discount,” which was very nice of him. On the morning of the service (driveway and walkway paver cleaning), his technician called to let us know he was on the way. It was most convenient, even though it was early, because we didn’t have to physically interact with anyone at all that morning. When there was a technical snafu with my receiving the invoice, Andy called me and he and his wife patiently worked with me over the phone to find a solution so that I could pay. I’m glad, because we want to use Patriot Power Washing again to seal the cleaned pavers.

Very helpful - submitted my info on their website. Seconds later I had a confirmation text that gave me an email address and another phone number to call or text if I had any questions before they reached out. Minutes later Andy called to get more details on the residential project. Told me rough estimate of cost, and that his crew would give an exact one after seeing the project and before starting the job. Got me scheduled for the next day. I received consistent communication about their arrival time by Andy and the crew. The crew showed up (Mike and Jose) they walked the property, gave me my estimate, and then offered to move spare building materials into my garage to ensure an even cleaning of the various surfaces. They were efficient, yet detail oriented, and ultimately just very easy to work with. Will definitely use again and recommend.

I called Patriot Power Washing to get a quote for a 2 car garage and driveway cleaning and Andy was quick to ask some quick questions as to whether I had any oil stains or not. I didn't, just some really dark patches of dirt and water marks all along the tire path. We set up an appointment for the following week. Andy called around the time of our appointment to let me know that they were on the way but will be delayed about 20 minutes due to traffic. I appreciate him calling to let me know ahead of time that he was going to be arriving a little late. I needed my driveway cleaned and contacted numerous companies that didnt return calls or their website contact. Patriot called within an hour or so. They scheduled quickly and the showed up at the scheduled time. They did a fantastic job to keep the homeowners association off my back. The owner of Patriot Power Washing is the most responsive business owner I've spoken to. He gave the most reasonable price right off the bat with no negotiating. On the fly appt and submitted pictures of services rendered AFTER he was done. My driveway looks way better than before where it was oil/residue stained. Driveway is now absent of stains, gone...period.

I called Patriot Power Washing to see if they could assist me with cleaning a portion of my block wall. Andy (owner), promptly returned my call and I explained the issue to him. After patiently listening, he informed me that pressure washing isn't the solution to my problem and in fact it could exacerbate the problem. However, he didn't just hang up, instead he spent a significant amount of time explaining, exactly what I needed to do, where I could get the materials, and how to go about addressing the issue. Key take aways from my interaction with Andy: 1. The dude is extremely honest and he's a straight shooter. If he can't help you he won't blow smoke up your ass or try to unnecessarily charge you for something you don't need. 2. Based on my interaction with him, Andy seems like the type of dude who will go out of his way to help you even if there's nothing in it for him. 3. He's extremely knowledgeable and knows his business. There are a lot of dudes that purchase a pressure washer and go around town professing to be pros, they're not. Believe me I know, I've spoken with several of them since I started having an issue with my wall. If you're looking for power washing services give him a call. I seriously don't think you'll be disappointed.

I contacted Andy at Patriot for help removing oil stains from my driveway. At the same time I was interested in cleaning and sealing all the pavers to help protect them going forward. He was very responsive and helpful. He came out almost immediately and measured to give me a quote. He was awesome in staying in communication via email, text and in several calls. He and his team came out and got to work immediately deep cleaning the pavers. He got the oil stains off and applied several coats of sealer. I'm THRILLED with the results. I cannot believe what a difference this made. The pavers even glisten in the sun now. He and his team exceeded all my expectations. I would highly recommend them!

Amazing job! Incredible service. We had been written up by HOA for driveway oil stains. We had tried and couldn't get them out. At first they got most out but came back no extra charge and finished it perfectly. Very impressed with service and finished product will be using for our windows and back patio for sure!!!

Starting looking for services in the morning. By 4p, my driveway was done! Patriot is a fast responding and straight up company that did an amazing job. Patriot was upfront with the price and what to expect based on my oil stains I was asking to remove/address. Highly recommended and will use again if needed. On another note... Patriot is NOT coming by with a pressure washer from Amazon or Home Depot, they use professional equipment! Schedule and use Patriot with confidence! If it's going to come out, Patriot has the best chance of getting it out!

Needed a power was in the garage and driveway - moving away in 24 hours. The Patriot team came immediately in middle of their scheduled appointments. Everyone I contacted on Yelp couldn't do it. Garage looks brand new and they bring the heat. No baby little power washers from Home Depot. Check him out you'll see. He's polite, professional and meticulous. When our tenant moved out the garage floor and driveway were in a poor state, with many oil stains and dirt. He power washed the driveway and made the garage floor look so clean, day and night difference from what it looked like before. Andy is great, I am very happy with his work!
