We needed a power wash for the side of our house and our concrete floors, and Andy did an amazing job within less than an hour. I was so surprised with the results. He was quick and responsive too. I called late Friday afternoon and he came out Saturday morning to do the work.

The owner of Patriot Power Washing is the most responsive business owner I've spoken to. He gave the most reasonable price right off the bat with no negotiating. I'm out of town and the HOA sent letter saying my driveway has some big stain..... I start searching on Yelp. This company has such good score and I saw owner would answer every question nicely. So I tried to contact the owner Andy. He picked up right away and go through picture with me. He told me not too worry and he knows I'm anxious. So he put me on schedule on Friday. I believed I called him on Wednesday. So on Friday he finished all the work for my driveway and sent me some pictures right in front of my house. Told me what caused the stain. On the fly appt and submitted pictures of services rendered AFTER he was done. My driveway looks way better than before where it was oil/residue stained. Driveway is now absent of stains, gone...period.

I called Patriot Power Washing to see if they could assist me with cleaning a portion of my block wall. Andy (owner), promptly returned my call and I explained the issue to him. After patiently listening, he informed me that pressure washing isn't the solution to my problem and in fact it could exacerbate the problem. However, he didn't just hang up, instead he spent a significant amount of time explaining, exactly what I needed to do, where I could get the materials, and how to go about addressing the issue. Key take aways from my interaction with Andy: 1. The dude is extremely honest and he's a straight shooter. If he can't help you he won't blow smoke up your ass or try to unnecessarily charge you for something you don't need. 2. Based on my interaction with him, Andy seems like the type of dude who will go out of his way to help you even if there's nothing in it for him. 3. He's extremely knowledgeable and knows his business. There are a lot of dudes that purchase a pressure washer and go around town professing to be pros, they're not. Believe me I know, I've spoken with several of them since I started having an issue with my wall. If you're looking for power washing services give him a call. I seriously don't think you'll be disappointed.

I contacted Andy at Patriot for help removing oil stains from my driveway. At the same time I was interested in cleaning and sealing all the pavers to help protect them going forward. He was very responsive and helpful. He came out almost immediately and measured to give me a quote. He was awesome in staying in communication via email, text and in several calls. He and his team came out and got to work immediately deep cleaning the pavers. He got the oil stains off and applied several coats of sealer. I'm THRILLED with the results. I cannot believe what a difference this made. The pavers even glisten in the sun now. He and his team exceeded all my expectations. I would highly recommend them!

Starting looking for services in the morning. By 4p, my driveway was done! Patriot is a fast responding and straight up company that did an amazing job. Needed a power was in the garage and driveway - moving away in 24 hours. The Patriot team came immediately in middle of their scheduled appointments. Everyone I contacted on Yelp couldn't do it. Garage looks brand new and they bring the heat. No baby little power washers from Home Depot. Check him out you'll see. Top notch, best in town easy. professional and fast and just doesn't say customer service. He did it.

Talked to Andy yesterday and he was able to come out this morning due to a cancelation in his schedule. I am moving out of a rental property and needed the garage floor power washed. Andy was on time, friendly and efficient. Also took contact less payment. I would definitely recommend and use his services again.

I used Patriot Power Washing to clean my windows and power wash my garage and driveway today, Andy was great! My windows look amazing and my drive way looks fantastic he got rid of all the stains and tire marks! He prices were reasonable AND Veteran owned!

I have a rental property down in Vegas. I had Andy do some work for me when I lived there and that is the reason I continue to have him do work for me at my rental. Recently, I had Andy clean the pool deck and driveway. He's always willing to help me out whenever I need anything done in a hurry. His work ethic is impeccable! He does fantastic work and goes out of his way to make sure my rental looks presentable and clean prior to all new tenants. I'm a big supporter of veteran owned businesses and came across Patriot Power Washing on Yelp. Not only that Andy showed up to help me at 8am on a Sunday, but he also did an amazing job! He's polite, professional and meticulous. When our tenant moved out the garage floor and driveway were in a poor state, with many oil stains and dirt. He power washed the driveway and made the garage floor look so clean, day and night difference from what it looked like before. Andy is great, I am very happy with his work!

HOA started complaining about oil stains and rust stains on our driveway. Good thing Andy was very quick to respond to our request. He was able to accomodate us the next day and showed up on time. So happy with the result! They did a fantastic job!!!

My husband had a mishap with a tub of oil spilling on our driveway and getting the runoff oil into gutters in front of 2 other neighbors. Patriot Power Washing came the next morning and cleaned it up for us. They were so friendly and did a job well done. (One of our neighbors from across the street even hired them on the spot!) When our next door neighbor had an issue on a spot by his house, they came back the next morning without questions asked.
